Sean Maxwell
Sean Maxwell is a research and computing technologist with Google Cloud, specializing in AI solutions for public sector innovation. He partners with cities to tackle complex challenges—ranging from emergency response and transportation to grant writing and FOIA compliance—by applying AI and real-time data analysis. His work with municipalities like Nashville, Memphis, Miami, and Maui has led to smarter transit systems, faster disaster recovery, and more efficient city services. Maxwell champions secure, customized AI platforms that empower governments to make data-driven decisions, enhance public trust, and plan for the future—all while protecting the integrity of sensitive local data.
He also served as Legislative Director for Representative Tom McClintok of California and was a Legislative Assistant for former Representative Steve King of Iowa.
Stern is a graduate of Emory University and holds a bachelor of arts in Economics.
