As seen on Food Network, I travel and sculpt cakes for big corporations, gala events, and non profits. I also teach cupcake and sculpting workshops to communities, and corporations for team building/bonding, as well as run my SOULful BakeLab for kids that incorporates the science and engineering behind sculpted cakes, breaking out power tools and doing cool science experiments in the kitchen.
