I am on a mission to be the healthiest version of myself. Through purpose-driven exercise, I will realize my fullest potential as an athlete and help others to do the same. I will strive daily to choose actions and behaviors that will drive me closer to what I want most over what I want now, remembering that there are no shortcuts to any place worth going. I will practice balanced discipline, in accomplishing everyday small victories to find my extraordinary. My goal is to help others be the best and healthiest version of themselves!
