Our 45-minute Camps start with an active warm-up, exercise demos, rotation through strength and conditioning stations, and end with our signature Finisher exercise. At Burn, we don’t shy away from lifting heavy and working hard because confidence is not found in your comfort zone. It’s found when you step outside of it.
