Collaboration Care Advocacy Group

We are a local non profit that started up late 2024. Our mission is to be the bridge for all individuals with disabilities to gain access to essential resources and support. We started the non-profit because previously myself and other CCAG board members, worked in an ABA clinic, we would receive many phone calls asking for help but mainly for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. We wanted to see that change right away. Within the last year we started two programs that we offer. One being a meals that matter program, where we provide a free meal at centers who aid individuals with disabilities. A snack is not a meal and we make sure they have something nutritious that day. Our second and most recent program is our low cost ADOS program. We partner with local practitioners who charge $500 or lower for their assessments and can cover up to $300 when they are eligible. We have three practitioners who offer $300 assessments so in those cases they are completely free and help provide financial assistance to those who need it. Many families sadly put off getting an ADOS due to the cost, so it’s something we are happy to help provide.
