Clients will notice right away that Will and I like to have fun by the title of our company and it's play on words, however we take our jobs very seriously and want our clients to feel comfortable knowing they are leaving their homes in capable and knowledgeable hands.
Will and I have over 15 years experience in the construction industry...We have built houses, been handymen, done roofing, pressure cleaning and pest exclusions, with this experience we are able to provide an educated visual inspection of their homes. I have been an entrepreneur for over 20 years in many cases holding valuable information for clients such as banking information and credit card numbers, passwords, key code entry numbers and had full access to their online banking.
We are local, have connections with reputable businesses in the construction industry, we are the eyes and ears for our clients homes when they can't be. We offer many concierge services such as checking off site vehicles such as boats, RVs, and cars. We will even wait at your home for large deliveries or contractors to access your home when you can't and don't feel comfortable giving them your key or home access codes. If clients have requests for concierge services we are open to assist meeting their particular needs.
We give free consultations and quotes for our services. If clients are in HOA's or Condo associations we will give a discounted price to 5 or more who are working with us in those same neighborhoods.
