DG Integrity Solutions LLC is an independent living place located in Fort Myers, Florida, dedicated to providing safe, and dignified housing for adults who do not require assisted living, skilled nursing, or hands-on personal care services. Our mission is to offer a supportive environment where individuals can maintain their independence while enjoying a strong sense of community and belonging.
DG Integrity Solutions features comfortable accommodations, including shared rooms designed to promote affordability without compromising comfort, as well as a private room option. Individuals also enjoy access to premium amenities such as a swimming pool, hot tub, recreational areas, ping-pong, and a gazebo, creating opportunities for social engagement and an enhanced quality of life.
At DG Integrity Solutions, we are committed to building collaborative relationships with healthcare providers, care centers, social service agencies, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations throughout Lee County and Southwest Florida. We welcome opportunities to connect with professionals who may have clients in need of a safe and supportive independent living environment and look forward to developing referral partnerships that help individuals successfully transition into stable housing and community living.
