Epilepsy Services of Southwest Florida, Inc

We are a non profit organization funded by the Florida State Department of Health and Grants to provide case management assistance for people with Epilepsy who do not have insurance or who may have insurance that does not include Neurology or the specialty of Epilepsy. We provide access to clinics with Neurologists, medical testing and required medications, and other related services at no cost to our clients.
