Fibre Tech® was founded in 1986 by brothers Scott and Andrew Morris, who recognized the tremendous advantages fiberglass offered pool owners. Together, they developed an innovative fiberglass coating process that creates a nonporous, smooth, and watertight surface on swimming pools.
