Gulf & Glades Design-Build is a hyperlocal architecture and design-build practice based in Bonita Springs and serving communities throughout Southwest Florida. Rooted between the Gulf and the Everglades, we design thoughtful, place-driven spaces shaped by the region’s subtropical climate, coastal landscapes, and unique construction challenges.

Our services include custom homes, residential renovations and additions, hurricane-damaged property rebuilding, commercial tenant improvements, feasibility studies, permit drawings, and assistance with complex zoning, floodplain, and building-code requirements. We place particular emphasis on coastal resilience, practical construction solutions, and helping clients understand how elevation, wind exposure, flood zones, existing conditions, budgets, and permitting requirements affect their projects.
