Aloha! I am a musician “famous” for bringing awareness to suicide prevention. We all know someone, or know someone who knows someone…. You never know what an “aloha” or a “thinking of you” text can do for someone. I believe trauma, not love, is what connects people. I also thank God for music and movement because that’s what helps heal people. I sing and play guitar (solo to full band shows), I do sound healing, I am an Integrative Nutrition health coach and I teach yoga, yoga trapeze, breathing, science of stretching, I am a Reiki master, and although I am not doing it here, I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Hawaii for over 20 years and Indiana for over 10. I moved here for music! Music is my passion and my gift! And music heals! ALOOOOHA!
