Organization Overview
For many people, when they think of “training” they think of a person speaking in front of crowd or an outdated video that must be completed.
But that’s not what I think.
When I think of training, I think of a dynamic experience that utilizes the best of technology to provide a one-of-a-kind experience for the trainee. My extensive learning background allows me to create training experiences that feel less like mandatory tasks and more like an enjoyable experience.
I work with corporate training managers, executive business coaches, and entrepreneurs to level up their clients and/or employees while tracking performance “behind the screens.” Collaborating with each client directly, I develop an online learning experience to match your strategic goals and performance outcomes.
Skills and experience include:
• Implementing ADDIE or AGILE model of project management
• Analyzing risk, assumptions, constraints, dependencies
• Tracking learning indicators
• Working within project budgets
• Developing storyboarding, course mapping, quizzes, and assessments built into
the course
• Designing course layouts, graphics, fonts, colors, and other parts of the user
experience
• Working collaboratively with teams to implement that course throughout an
organization
• Partnering with stakeholders to evaluate course success
