Hello! I’m Lisa Rudy, a Babcock Resident and a passionate mortgage originator with over 25 years of experience in the industry, having started my journey in 1998. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving as both a loan officer and a production manager, which has deepened my understanding of the mortgage process. What inspires me every day is the excitement that comes with helping individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership. Whether it’s assisting a homeowner in lowering their payments, paying off debt, financing improvements, or helping an investor reach their financial goals, I believe that every new mortgage enhances a homeowner's life in some meaningful way. I have a particular passion for working with Veterans, as well as first-time homebuyers, second homes, and investment properties. I take great joy in providing solutions and finding ways to say yes to my clients. My goal is to help them realize their dreams by offering advice, guidance, and education about homeownership and mortgages. In addition to my professional work, I am actively involved in my community through the Venice Area Board of Realtors. Originally from Indiana, I’ve called Southwest Florida home since 1990. I’m a proud mom of two young adults and two dogs. In my free time, I love working out, spending time at the beach, and diving into a good book. As I often say, “My mission is to empower my clients with the knowledge and support they need to make their homeownership dreams a reality.”
