I provide personalized natural health assessments and wellness support through virtual and in-person consultations in Southwest Florida. Taking a whole-person approach, I look at nutrition, digestion, hydration, stress, sleep, lifestyle, movement, and other foundational factors that may influence how you feel and function. With a background in natural health, exercise science, and neuromuscular wellness, my goal is to help clients better understand their health, identify areas that may need support, and develop practical, individualized strategies to improve overall well-being.
