We are a membership-based primary care office (Direct Primary Care). For our member clients they receive in-home, in-office and virtual visits in 9 states outside of Florida. They receive direct access to their provider, same-days apts, discounted labs, discounted medication, free diet coaching, 1 free vitamin injection monthly and discounted testing with their membership fee. Adults $99/mo, Children $49/mo, Business Accounts (5 minimum) $80/mo.
