Wellness Design Group LLC is a service-based health and wellness company offering online and in-person personal health and wellness coaching, group wellness workshops, healthy skill-building programs, and wellness design services for your home and office. All services are by appointment only. We specialize in helping stressed-out women find the time and energy to take care of themselves.
