Organization Overview

Yahweh Cafe, formerly known as Ice-Spot Alico, first opened its doors in November 2024. What began as a partnership with another store has since evolved into an independently owned café with its own identity and vision. The shop offers a diverse menu including boba teas, specialty coffees, mochi donuts, Korean corn dogs, and now full-service ice cream featuring the beloved local brand Royal Scoop. Yahweh (pronounced “yah-way”) is a biblical name for God used across multiple faiths, symbolizing unity and connection among people of all backgrounds. Owner Lindsay Sigg, a young entrepreneur in her 20s, felt called to rebrand the business with the goal of reaching more members of the local community and creating a welcoming space where people can gather, connect, and feel at home. Yahweh Cafe is open seven days a week and continues to grow as a vibrant neighborhood destination.
