Program Schedule

There are six focused days of learning and connection. Each session explores a different area of community leadership, innovation and regional growth.

  • Wednesday, October 21 – Session One: Vision, Leadership & Community Development Day
  • Wednesday, November 18 – Session Two: Environment & Sustainability Day 
  • Wednesday, January 13 – Session Three: Public Safety & Emergency Management Day
  • Wednesday, February 24 – Session Four: Builder & Economic Development Day
  • Wednesday, March 10 – Session Five: Government, Community Operations & Regional Partnerships Day
  • Wednesday, April 14 – Session Six: Hurricane Preparedness & Community Resiliency Day

Application Process

  • Leadership Babcock will accept 12 participants into the Class of 2026.
  • Complete the online application by the application deadline.
  • Applications are reviewed after each deadline and applicants will be notified of acceptance.

Tuition

  • Program tuition is $1,250.
  • Applications are due by September 23, 2026.
  • Tuition is non-refundable.
