Program Schedule
There are six focused days of learning and connection. Each session explores a different area of community leadership, innovation and regional growth.

- Wednesday, October 21 – Session One: Vision, Leadership & Community Development Day
- Wednesday, November 18 – Session Two: Environment & Sustainability Day
- Wednesday, January 13 – Session Three: Public Safety & Emergency Management Day
- Wednesday, February 24 – Session Four: Builder & Economic Development Day
- Wednesday, March 10 – Session Five: Government, Community Operations & Regional Partnerships Day
- Wednesday, April 14 – Session Six: Hurricane Preparedness & Community Resiliency Day

Application Process
- Leadership Babcock will accept 12 participants into the Class of 2026.
- Complete the online application by the application deadline.
- Applications are reviewed after each deadline and applicants will be notified of acceptance.
Tuition
- Program tuition is $1,250.
- Applications are due by September 23, 2026.
- Tuition is non-refundable.
