Organization Overview
Care Chain CPR is an American Heart Association (AHA) Training Site delivering BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid, and Stop the Bleed training across Florida. It was founded and is led by Bill Pappas, a firefighter-paramedic with more than 20 years in fire and EMS. Our instructors use these skills in the field, not just in the classroom.
Our network of about 30 certified instructors covers Southwest Florida, Tampa, Orlando, and the east coast, so clients get consistent, high-quality training wherever they are. We serve hospitals and healthcare systems, physician practices, schools, career and technical programs, fire and EMS agencies, employers, and individuals who need certification or renewal.
Every course follows current AHA guidelines, and students who complete a course receive official AHA eCards. We offer scheduled public classes and on-site group training built around an organization’s schedule, staffing, and compliance needs. That makes it simple to keep teams certified and ready.
Care Chain CPR operates under the Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW) AHA Training Center. The Training Center provides quality assurance and instructor oversight and keeps our courses aligned with AHA program standards.
Our name reflects our mission: strengthening every link in the Chain of Survival. When someone collapses, the people nearby make the difference. We train them to act with confidence, because better training saves lives.
