Mimi's Bagel Bits and Dips

Our company was founded during the "Great Quarantine of 2020". Our founder, Amanda Schimansky, loves bagels but wanted to make something that would provide the same great taste but in a more practical form. Bagels are a wonderful and easy breakfast or snack but is a full 2 servings on average. Amanda was inspired to make them bite size, and after much trial and error, created the bagel bits. You can have 2 or a few and be completely satisfied with our "Fun Size" bagel bits. Just warm, dip, and enjoy. On June 17th, 2021 we opened up at our first Farmers Market in downtown Fort Myers, FL to see how well they would be received by the public and if there would be any interest. We are very happy to say they were a hit and we added more Markets to our schedule. Now that we know our products worth, we are moving forward with adding them to coffee and breakfast shops where customers can more easily get them. Our mission is to make them available to everyone.
