Safe Harbor Hospice

Safe Harbor Hospice combines strong clinical excellence with a comprehensive holistic approach to support patients who are facing a life limiting illness and support for their loved ones. Services are covered at 100% and primarily paid by the patients' health insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid and commercial insurances.

The hospice team comprises of Medical Director, nurses, chaplains, social workers, hospice aides, end of life doulas, music therapists and volunteers.
