Through experiential programs for teens, young adults, emerging leaders, professionals and organizations, Speak & Lead™ develops the distinctly human capabilities technology cannot replace. Participants don’t simply learn leadership—they practice it.
Our methodology combines self-leadership, public speaking, storytelling, personal identity, emotional intelligence, positive feedback, coaching and real-world presentation experiences. Using our proprietary 11 Inner Powers of Self-Leadership™, The 6-Path™ Transformation Method teach-back methodology and progressive learning pathways, participants strengthen their voice while developing the confidence and character to use it with impact.
