Organization Overview
Virtrify is a minority-owned, Hispanic-led staffing company. We help U.S. businesses build hybrid teams that pair their local staff with elite bilingual (English/Spanish) professionals from Latin America, mainly Venezuela. Founder and CEO Alex Miranda started the company in 2018 with a simple mission: connect talented Venezuelan professionals with meaningful careers at U.S. companies. Today Virtrify is headquartered in Hialeah, Florida. It is BBB Accredited and an Inc. 5000 honoree, and it has placed 600+ professionals with U.S. businesses.
We don't just fill roles. We build functions. Our proprietary Hybrid Hiring Model® starts by designing the function: the scope, the processes and the KPIs. Then we staff it with pre-vetted professionals who work in the client's time zone, on the client's hours and in the client's systems, usually at about half the cost of hiring locally. Candidates are matched with Predictive Index behavioral assessments and AI-assisted screening. Clients typically see qualified candidates within 48 hours and a placement in 7–14 days.
Virtrify fully manages the relationship, including recruiting, payroll and HR. We also stay involved after the hire with SOPs, 90-day performance tracking and ongoing optimization. Every placement comes with a 14-day risk-free window and free replacement, on month-to-month terms with no long-term contract. We place executive assistants, bookkeepers, customer support specialists, sales and admin support, social media managers, project managers and software developers.
