YOGA-2-GO, LLC

My name is Amy M. Starkey. I am the founder of YOGA-2-GO, a therapeutic youth yoga + mindfulness enrichment program based out of Bonita Springs, Florida. YOGA-2-GO provides both on-site youth yoga enrichment programs and staff professional development trainings for K-12 schools, childcare centers, afterschool programs, therapy clinics, counseling centers, and non-profit youth organizations throughout Florida, Ohio and South Carolina, as well as virtual programs and training opportunities offered to clients across the country.

Since our start in 2007, our programs have equipped school-aged children with positive tools and coping strategies needed for stress management, optimal health, behavioral/emotional self-regulation, and personal/academic success!

As a pediatric therapist-owned company and Florida Step Up program provider, our main mission is to bridge the gap in health equity so that ALL children have access to the health-promoting benefits of mind/body-based wellness practices such as yoga. We provide on-site trauma-informed yoga + mindfulness enrichment programming for PreK-12 youth, specializing in programming for underserved populations and students considered at-risk due to socioeconomic factors and/or disabilities.
