The new location expands the company’s long-standing presence in Southwest Florida and strengthens its commitment to connecting local businesses with qualified talent.

This new office is an expansion of the Fort Myers Express Employment Professionals location, which has served the community for more than 27 years. The Naples office is led by longtime team members and owners Alyssa Koehler, Amanda Gardner, and Tom Jobin, who collectively bring decades of staffing and workforce development experience to the region.

With more than 20 years of experience, she brings firsthand knowledge of every level of the business.

Amanda Gardner has been with Express Employment Professionals for more than 10 years as a Business Development Specialist. In 2024, she was recognized as the #1 Sales Representative across the entire Express franchise system, which includes more than 800 offices nationwide.

Tom Jobin is a second-generation owner of Express Employment Professionals and part of one of the top-performing offices within the Express franchise system.
