SWFL Inc. Promotes Two Well-Deserving Employees

Bonita Springs, Florida (January 3, 2022) – SWFL Inc. is proud to announce it has promoted two well-deserving employees. Dawn Brewer, IOM, has been promoted to Director of Operations and Jessica Hoover has been promoted to Director of Business Development.

Brewer, formerly SWFL Inc.’s Operations Manager, has been at the organization since 2016. She recently earned her IOM (Institute for Organizational Management) through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Hoover came to SWFL Inc. in August 2021 as the Client Relationship Manager. Her background in retail, team building, loss prevention and teamwork made her the ideal candidate for the position. Hoover is a Florida Gulf Coast University alumnus, having earned her bachelor's degree in marketing in 2017.
