A New 160-Unit Build-for-Rent Community in Fort Myers, Florida
Fort Myers, Florida. – September 8, 2022 – Soltura Development Group, LLC., a real estate development company, today announced the groundbreaking of its latest development, Altair by Soltura, with a ceremony hosted by SWFL Inc. The property is located a half mile from Odyssey by Soltura, the company’s first development within The Forum, and represents its second rental home community in Southwest Florida.
The property will feature 160 two-story single-family rental homes supported by a clubhouse, community social and fitness programming, co-working offices, a pool, fire pit, and dog park. Each single-family rental home will feature its own backyard and outdoor patio space, which provides an additional 500 sq. ft. of outdoor living space per unit on average. The property is situated in the established master-planned community of The Forum, complete with restaurants, retail, educational and medical facilities, assisted living, residential communities and public parks.
