
Mike Oppendahl
GiANT
Mike Oppedahl has lived across the US and in Asia with his wife, Ashley, and their four children: Riley, Regan, Asher, and Olive.
He began his career as an Aerospace Engineer at Honeywell after earning a degree in Electrical
Engineering from Arizona State University. His early work involved writing software for U.S. Military fighter jets and helicopter programs. With a desire to lead and influence others, Mike took on various leadership roles within Honeywell before transitioning to a healthcare startup.
During his five years in the Healthcare sector, Mike honed his business skills as Executive Vice President and later Chief Operations Officer. In 2015, Mike became the Managing Partner at GiANT, a leadership development and organizational performance company.
In 2025, Mike was named CEO of GiANT, where he is leading the company toward becoming a global leader in the future of work, focused on investing in human capital in the midst of the AI revolution. Under his leadership, GiANT is pioneering a model of “co-agency,” combining the best of human capability with powerful AI solutions to deliver high-impact experiences that empower people to thrive in their work. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mike was recognized as one of Albuquerque Business First’s 40 Under 40 standout professionals in 2011. However, he considers his greatest achievements to be fighting for the highest possible good of his family, colleagues, and clients, empowering them to reach their full potential.

As a nationally-recognized executive coach and leadership speaker, Darcy Eikenberg helps leaders and their teams find ways to lead without losing themselves in the process (and yes, she has proof it can be done, even today). Based in Bonita Springs, her clients include global organizations like PwC, Mondelẽz, and Discover, as well as local favorites like Sanibel Captiva Community Bank and Vi at Bentley Village. Darcy is a contributor to the Harvard Business Review and is the author of Red Cape Rescue: Save Your Career Without Leaving Your Job. She’s the immediate past chair of the Bonita Springs Assistance Office, on the board of the Southwest Florida Northwestern University alumni club, and performs regularly in Arts Bonita’s community improv group.
