Bonita Springs, Florida (January 3, 2022) – SWFL Inc. is proud to announce its Government Relations Manager, Josh Goergen, was recently appointed to the Lee County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC).

“I’m honored to be appointed to the Lee County MPO’s Citizen Advisory Committee,” said Goergen. “I see this appointment as an opportunity to improve the quality of life in Southwest Florida as well as prepare for future infrastructure challenges.”

Goergen previously worked as a legislative assistant for State Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto and then for State Senator Ray Rodrigues. He recently earned his Masters in Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.
